Michelle Siroky
Training Support Manager and Testing Adminstrator
Michelle is the mother of two children, ages 18 and 20, and a lifelong resident of Columbia
with the exception of two years spent in Florida. Michelle was employed for more than eighteen
years in the Home Health industry in various roles including Administrative Manager,
Help Desk Support Manager, and IT Director. After taking a year off to spend time with her family and travel,
she joined Training Concepts in March 2006 as our Office Manager.
In 2010, Michelle transitioned to the role of Training Support Manager where she provides administrative
support to the Training Manager and sales team. In addition, Michelle manages our testing center and is
certified as an exam proctor for Pearson Vue, Prometric and Certiport testing.
